Soup-er Saturday is Coming!

Saturday, November 14th

  • To sign-up: email Alison Beesley or look for sign-up sheets outside the Relief Society room and being passed around in Relief Society, Primary and YW's.
  • All money (either in cash or a check payable to Arlington 2nd Ward) is due to Amie Heap or Alison Beesley by Sunday, November 8th. No money paid = no project. :(
  • NO nursery available
  • Lunch will be potluck soups (bread/drinks provided) ~ please sign-up to bring a soup or dessert to share
  • The following pictures are only samples of projects. Actual material will be different.
Matted Proclamation on the Family (FREE)
Mattes and Proclamations will be provided. Bring family pictures and/or frame (11" x 14") to complete project, if desired.
I-Spy Bag ($5)
All materials provided
Personalized Hand Soap ($2/bottle)
All materials provided. A computer and printer will be available to personalize your insert, if desired.
Twelve Days of Christmas ($6)
All basic materials provided (includes all signage). Some items will need to be purchased afterwards to complete your project.

November Visiting Teaching

Because the November issues of the Ensign and Liahona contain a report of General Conference, the magazines do not contain a specific visiting teaching message. Visiting teachers are encouraged to prayerfully select a conference address to share with those they teach.

A special fireside for all single adult and young single adult women with Sister Carole Stephens of the Relief Society General Board will be held at the Mount Vernon Stake Center.
