Arlington 1st, Arlington 2nd and Crystal City wards are combining to host a Family Search themed booth at the upcoming Arlington County Fair. The fair is August 19-22 (Thurs-Sun) at the Community Center on 2nd St. South and Glebe near Thomas Jefferson Middle School. We have numerous resources available to seek out family history and want to share with the community. Helping with the booth might include encouraging the public to enter the booth, answering simple questions on the importance of families, suggesting further resources, or sharing of you own Family Search experience. You can review the Family Search website for an informative tutorial. Contact Adam or Kristen Rogers for more information or to volunteer.
